The three bedroomed detached villa was constructed by our builder initially for his own home. It is fully equipped, air conditioned, light and airy with elements of Turkish decor.
There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedded room each with their own balcony with a double sofa bed in the living area.
The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and there is an additional shower room.
Downstairs, large patio doors lead on to the paved pool area and gardens and the living area has a three piece suite and satellite television.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, washing machine, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven. There is also a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board as well as a full range of crockery and utensils.
The complex is set on the hillside 4kms above Kalkan Harbour. This means that it benefits from cooling breezes in the heat of the day and respite from the bustle of Kalkan Town. However there is a shuttle service throughout the day and evening which means that in 5 minutes you can be in the heart of the town with all its facilities and attractions.
Our car rental office is centrally situated and by simply calling in there we can arrange the return to your apartment at your convenience.
