If you own a villa or apartment in the Kalkan area, the Paradise Company can offer a range of services to ensure that your property is regularly maintained and carefully looked after.
We do not employ casual labour, we have full time employees who are not only totally trustworthy but whose standard of work meets our customers’ demands.
We can offer all or any of the following services:
- Regular cleaning
- Linen change and laundering
- Pool and garden maintenance
- Welcome packs for guests
- Meeting guests and introduction to the property
- Door to door airport transfer of your guests
- Regular checking of your property when unoccupied
- General checking and maintenance (inventories, light bulbs etc)
- Off season airing and checking of your property
- Payment of utility bills
- Property insurance
- Legal advice
Our office is located in the centre of Kalkan and is open all year round, (from 8.30 to midnight in the season) providing direct communication with us for you and your guests. In the past year we have customers drop in with a range of problems from leaking taps to lost luggage!
