Paradise Magnolia Apartments
Finished in 2007, there are two Magnolia Apartments one above the other, sharing a 30 square metre swimming pool, gardens and an extensive poolside area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a barbeque.
Each apartment is identical in layout having two bedrooms, one twin bed and one double, both with ensuite bath/shower rooms. The bedrooms have extensive storage facilities to accommodate your summer wardrobe and the twin bedded room has a door to a small balcony.
The large and bright living area has two sofas and two chairs and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and separate gas hob, a large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, cafetiere and a full set of crockery, cutlery glasses and pans. Like the bedrooms, there is ample storage space in the kitchen, units topped with a granite work surface.
Two double patio doors lead from the living area on to a large balcony which enables you to take advantage of the stunning views over Kalkan Bay, just the place to enjoy alfresco dining or to enjoy a relaxing drink whilst watching the sunset.
Linen, towels and pool towels are provided and the apartments are cleaned regularly and the apartments have full air conditioning.
The complex is set on the hillside 4kms above Kalkan Harbour. This means that it benefits from cooling breezes in the heat of the day and respite from the bustle of Kalkan Town. However there is a shuttle service throughout the day and evening which means that in 5 minutes you can be in the heart of the town with all its facilities and attractions.
