Paradise Lemon Tree Villa
Lemon Tree is a 3 bedroom villa set in its own gardens with private pool. There is the owner’s apartment above which can be rented by larger parties, in conjunction with the villa. The main villa has two double bedrooms and a twin bedded room and can sleep up to 6 people. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living area. The supplementary apartment above has one double bedroom and one with twin beds so can accommodate an additional 4 people. The main villa can be rented out independently but the apartment above is only available for rent in conjunction with the villa.
The main Lemon Tree Villa has two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet and all bedrooms are spacious and air conditioned with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities as well as a large balcony accessed through patio doors.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob and oven, larger fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and a plentiful supply of crockery, utensils and glasses. There is a dining table, two sofas, satellite television, DVD and CD player in the living area as well as an open fire for winter visitors!
Patio doors lead on to the gardens and pool area which is equipped with both sunbeds and umbrellas.
The upstairs apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a sofa bed in the living area. The double room has ensuite facilities and there is an additional bathroom.
The living area has a three piece suite and patio doors which lead to a large balcony which stretches around two sides of the accommodation. This incorporates a dining area with spectacular views of both both the bay and the mountains behind. There is a CD player in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher as well as toaster, kettle iron and ironing board. There is a full selection of utensils, crockery and glasses.
Marble steps from the pool and garden area lead to separate entrance and hallway to the apartment.
The villa is set in gardens with marbled sunbathing areas and outdoor lighting.
